I don’t get why these reviews are so bad! I came to the ed late at night (3am) after waking up with excruciating stomach pain. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in the emergency room! I was triaged and taken in quickly, staff was super supportive and helpful, and I felt like I was in such great hands!!!! On top of that everything is SO CLEAN, from the interior to even the waiting room. I don’t wish to return any time soon, but it’s very comforting to know that there is a fantastic hospital/er like this right in my neighborhood!

I had surgery, and I want to share my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team that cared for me. From the very beginning, I felt safe, supported, and surrounded by true professionals with kind hearts. The first nurse I met was Margarita, and I will never forget her. I was very nervous, but with so much love and compassion, she not only calmed me with her words but even prayed with me to bring me peace. That moment touched me deeply and gave me the strength I needed. I also want to thank Olga, who cared for me with such kindness and sweetness during my recovery until the moment I was discharged. Her gentle presence and patience made all the difference as I regained my strength. With equal gratitude, I want to mention my doctor Dr. Álvaro Mercado, and the wonderful nurses Amparo, Kim, Nancy, and Carlo. Each of you played a special role in helping me feel cared for and safe. There were also others, like the anesthesiologist and additional staff whose names I don’t remember, but please know that I am deeply thankful for each of you as well. Together, you turned what could have been a frightening experience into one filled with trust, compassion, and humanity. The care I received was exceptional in every detail, and I truly believe your leaders and supervisors should feel proud of the outstanding team they have in the surgery department. Not only are you excellent professionals, but you also bring warmth and humanity that patients will never forget. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your dedication, compassion, and love in what you do. 🙏💙

Me and my husband came for Second stay at the hospital and i can honestly say everyone was greater than our first stay, they are all just so genuine and gave us the best stay 7th floor you ladies and gents are awesome Tiara at the main desk i appreciate everything you did for us making sure we got our shower curtain and rod placed. To always getting our ice and juices thank you. The cleaning ladies omg are the best. Dahlia and the new lady that assisted her was in training i forgot her name was awesome. When i complained about the screeching noise from the elevator sounding like Freddy Krueger was coming out. And that my husband couldnt sleep for two days. They gave him a bigger quiet room. When the new room didnt have a curtain or rod they came and did it all with no problem. Every time medicine was due they were on point made sure he was always great. The doctors i highly appreciate as they are very cautious and determined to find out what is going on? Dr gionotti, dr desai, dr castillo, dr ali, dr aleri and any other dr i left out, if im saying it correctly thank you for helping save my husband life i couldnt be more thankful and grateful for you all. Even the cafeteria ladies were so nice. Im forever thankful for you all. I wish i remembered sveryone name to thank you all. But the whole 7th floor are great ❤️ max is such a great person 👍 ty for everything

I was there with my brother in the emergency room for hours, when I there the doctor came he explained what was going on and said he would keep him and he would get him a room, so I left thinking he would be put in a room this was at about 8 PM come to find out the next day he was still in the emergency room, he didn't get a room till 4:00 PM the next day, why? Because they never sent his blood in to be tested, apparently the person that was suppose to take it was a trainee and she never took it to the lab. When the doctor came he was really upset that my brother had slept in the ER, yes the doctor was awesome. When I was there everyone was just sitting around or just talking amongst themselves. If I had stayed I promise you my brother would have had a room that night. I had surgery there in 2019 and the staff was wonderful and very attentive in the ER and on the floor I was on. It seems like after 2019 the care has went away, I love this hospital but what I've seen and what was done to my brother had me very disappointed 😞😞😞.
