Customer experiences
Worse place to be. They don't run a hospital they run scam alone with insurance companies. I had an unfortunate visit last year in the emergency center of this pathetic hospital and I am still paying for it. I requested them and explained what happened to us but they showed no mercy and sent a hefty amount bill. They did not treatment no medicine was given. Even in emergency they made us to wait for 6 hours and lastly told us to go. They knew our issue is not serious but still to make money they made us to wait ( We reached around 8 pm EST and they made us to wait till 1 am to give bed so that new day starts and discharged around 2 am). They are not doing any service to mankind it's a pure business. I wish I could give 0 star ratings. Even the staff was not good đ all money minded đ They are just misusing name of St. Peter for their business. Thanks đ
Dr. Branis was very helpful and informative. She took a lot of time with me at our first appointment, discussing everything and answering all of my questions. They were able to fit me in right away since they had a cancellation, which I really appreciated. Her nurse was also very bubbly and sweet.
Speedy checkin. Minimal wait. Congenial, knowledgeable staff. The only improvement I can recommend is that staff should introduce themselves. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 am and I was on my way by 10:00. Plus I wasnât rushed through as Dr Jacobs was quite thorough as well as collaborative.
Security staff at Cares building was very disappointing. Entrance to deck blocked with no explanation. Finally able to talk with a security guard that was preoccupied on her phone. Even though I saw numerous cars exiting she said deck was closed until there were 30-40 empty spaces and said I needed to park in main hospital deck. I had my disability tag displayed and told her that I could not walk that far. She finally walked over and moved cone but then shouted to me ânext time get up earlierâ ( I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment) I told the check in staff of my experience which they found disturbing. They asked me to stop back at end of my appointment and they gave me name of head of security that wanted to talk with me. I called Daniel when I got home but got his voicemail. I left message but have not been called back. Now Iâm doubly disappointed.(is it really necessary for 30-40 people to have to make that long walk through the hospital? That seems very non customer friendly)
Saint Peter's University Hospital is a university hospital.
