I came here the other day for a pre-purchase inspection, and it was wonderful as always. I’ve been a loyal customer for three years and I will continue to keep coming back. The customer service is top notch. They really make you feel like they care. Along with the customer interactions being as great as they are, the pricing is reasonable, and I love the diagnostic report they write up for you to review after each one of your visits. They also offer a service where they can drop you off at home and pick you back up when your car is ready. I’ve never been to a business that would do that for you! They remember their customers and keep up with you over the years, Mrs. Robin in particular has always been so kind to me, and is so easy to talk to. Anybody that’s on the fence about where to take your vehicle for any kind of work, they need should look no further than Priebe’s.

I had a braking issue. I Researched online and I found Priebe's and believed with the reviews they were not a chain and still had quality in the service they would provide. I took a chance and was happy with my decision as they did a great job, great customer care as they listened to my description of my issue. They were complete in a timely manner. The 40 point inspection was great information and believe the pricing was fair.

This place is amazing!!! Everyone is so nice! I called on the phone and they told me to come right in! The owner came out and visited me and was so nice. I could hear the staff talking and they are so knowledgeable. They have cold brew on tap, sodas, snacks. For me to take the time to write a review after having a nail in my tire should tell you how great they are! I will never get tires anywhere else. I’m excited to come back to visit. lol 😂
