I had a procedure done in the same day surgery. Registration was quick and I was back getting ready for the procedure very quickly. All the staff were absolutely wonderful! Two thumbs up to everyone! Dr. Claffey was excellent as well! I had great care and would highly recommend coming here. Last but not least, they care about you as a patient and the treatment you receive.

The Same Day Surgery team is INCREDIBLE: Extremely Organized, Informative about every step (Including a screen to show updates), Efficient & Caring! You know exactly what is going on, they take you back to be with your Loved one every chance they can & even called me from Surgery room to update me. Can't say enough Good about them ALL. Dr. Claffey is EXCELLENT also with every step. Kudos to you all!! We appreciate you!!

I have been using Salem Hospital frequently throughout the last year for cancer treatment purposes. Every time I have been there, staff was very friendly, helpful, and prompt. When I say I have been there many times, we are talking at least 3 times a month. We are so fortunate to have this hospital in our small community!

I was seen in the ER at Salem Township Hospital on 07/23/2025 because I had a end piece of an ear plug lodged in my right ear canal . I showed the attending physician ( Dr Thomas ) what piece was in my ear and he examined it three times and assured me it was not in the ear canal and had probably fell out. After several weeks of extreme pain I could still feel the object in my ear so I had to see a ENT at my expense to have it successfully removed…
