The place was cute and the service was really nice and attentive. We shared the candied salmon, the salmon mousse, the bannock with jam and butter, and the bison. Honestly, everything was amazing. Every bite felt like a little experience. The candied salmon was out of this world, the mousse had just the right flavor and went perfectly with the bannock crackers. The bannock with jam and butter was so good, and the bison was tender and juicy. I really loved it all.

This was a fabulous and unique experience! The kind servers explained the menu and gave great suggestions. The restaurant has clearly put a huge amount of thought into every bite and aspect. I was especially impressed at how they source all their alcoholic drinks from indigenous crafters! For food, I particularly loved the risotto, but everything was delicious. We sat outside which was covered (if not the most fancy looking but that’s ok!), and the service was great. Thank you for a wonderful evening!!

I googled gluten free Vancouver and Salmon n'Bannock popped up. I noticed they had gluten free bannock and was sold on going here. We made a reservation. It has a really nice intimate atmosphere, the food is amazing 👏 and the people working are wonderful. It is so nice to support local, indigenous owned business! We had the GF Bannock, brie and bannock, cured salmon and Bison pot roast. All amazing!

Great place to have great food. Everything was great in our visit to this restaurant. The service by Nathan was extraordinary and the food and desserts were delicious! Even if you are staying in Downtown Vancouver, the trip to this restaurant is totally worth it! It won’t disappoint you.
