Overpriced and poorly coordinated. Came here months ago for a cut and color, but was so traumatized by the bad cut I haven't gotten a haircut ANYWHERE since. Have just been growing it out. Color was fine and colorist was great - however scheduled my haircut (which I communicated beforehand was basically just a gloss) with an hour and a half between that and my hair cut. Clearly because of the bad planning, they dried my hair and straightened it before my cut (I have curly hair as well so this didn't make sense to me). My cut was the worst hair cut I've ever gotten. Paid no attention to the shape of my face and what would suit me well nor did it look anything like I requested. The cut was a dry cut which turned out terrible. Left with all of the layers basically cut out of my hair and a hair fit for a middle aged woman...not a 26 year old. Staff were not super friendly, didn't even ask if I wanted to rescheduled . Felt rushed out of salon. I've always paid close to around $350 for a cut and color...however this was the worst cut and color I've ever gotten in my life and it was over $500. Ladies if you're young and want a fun flattering haircut and a stylist that will listen to you and respect you - avoid this place at all costs!!!

I don't want to be cruel but it was one of the worst experiences. -I went a day before for a free consultation, a very honest stylist, she gave me a color test and told me that the color I wanted was not going to be possible because my hair was very dark. Anyway I decided to do it! - The next day, the day of my appointment, another young woman (very kind btw) did a bad job on my hair, this is not about color intensity is but about technique, I ended up with 2 different tones. I expect these kinds of places to take responsibility, apologize, and ask to redo the work for free. because it was not what I asked for. I had to go on a trip and I had to run to another emergency hairdresser to have it tinted. The place is very nice but they are not color professionals, I would only recommend it for simpler processes such as cuts, blow-dries and covering gray hair.

Talented individuals definitely work here but I would skip because they price gouge… it is crazy that you can be charged $300 for highlights and that does not include a blow out… I just can’t anymore.

The best salon experience ever! I got my hair cut and styled by Andrew and I have been going to him for a while now. He’s super professional, and very specific with how he cuts and styles my hair to achieve the look I want. I always walk out happy with my hair. Definitely reccomend booking with Andrew!
