On my wedding day my sister and I both had concurrent appointments with two in salon stylist. It was a total disappointment! We both showed pictures of hair and makeup and we both came out looking like clowns with cakes on our faces. It was horrible especially on my wedding day. They charged premium prices for what my 7 year old granddaughter could have done. Their make up collection was VERY limited and was suited only for very young people if they like dark gothic looks or a clown face. My hairstyle that I chose was a simple but elegant one yet they managed to mess that up as well. Both my sister and I had to go home and redo our make up and our hair for my ceremony. I called and asked for the manager probably within the first 30 minutes of leaving there and in tears and no one ever called me back to ask what the problem was showing no interest at all. It cost us over $200 each. It’s obvious the two girls that work in the salon have very little experience and for the price they should have more experience in that or charge less. Their make up selection should be broad to encompass all ages. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE GIRLS THAT WORK IN THE SALON. Maybe the ones that go out to do events are the ones that give this salon a good rating but it’s surely not the two that served us. In response to your response I can see you take no responsibility for actions. I actually called the day of my wedding and a manager did not return my call and my life busy and I reviewed when I had time to inform the public not to receive anything from you. Your response is false because our makeup artists had very limited colors and we had Shirley temple curls. Beauty is subjective and objective. My sister and I would never recommend your salon especially based on your response to my complaint. We are beautiful and we left there looking like antebellum clown faces.

I had the most relaxing time at the Head Spa with Bridget! My hair and scalp have never felt so light and clean. I feel like it is a fresh start for your hair! Treat yourself to a relaxing time at the head spa 😊

Great atmosphere: comfortable, relaxed. Big plusses: no wait time and fairly priced! Anna really listened to me and was able to accommodate all of my "hair quirks". She was also super sweet. I will definitely go back there for my next cut!

Macy was great! I thought she had been doing this for years. I also thought she was a massage therapist until she gave me a great blow out! That’s when she told me she was a hairstylist who trained to do scalp massages.
