I’ve been a regular client for over 25 years at my previous salon and have recently moved to this area. I’ve found Salon Salwa in March of 2025. Salwa has been doing my hair ever since & it’s nothing short of perfection. It’s like going once every 5-6 weeks to spend time with family. Salwa and the staff there are very welcoming and friendly. I like it here because they’re straight up with their pricing and make sure they do what you want (don’t take liberties with your style without asking).

Kat is a total Gem! She’s an incredibly talented stylist, I had partial highlights & cut, I could not be happier with the result! She has a super fun personality to boot! The entire salon is welcoming from the owners to Laurie who did a lovely shampoo/toner! They definitely gained a new client today, I will be a regular and highly recommend!

Dropped in today after checking if there was room for one more. Not only did Waleed welcome and seat me, he provided swift advice on getting my colour and style in order. The humour and cappuccino? Top notch! Everyone really is treated like family. I will be back and highly recommend this salon to everyone.

Salon Salwa is by far the most welcoming salon in the city. Kat is the best for vivid colour there is and a complete delight to chat with. I recommend her to everyone who says they want colourful hair. My hair dreams have been made.
