I had an amazing experience at BiiBi Salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The salon is clean which made the entire visit feel relaxing. My eyebrow threading was done so well the technician really listened to what I wanted and delivered perfect results! My brows have never looked more symmetrical and defined. Me and my friend had a great time chatting to the technician. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for flawless brows and a comfortable environment. I found my new favorite place :)

In June, I was visiting Illinois and in desperate need of getting my hair done at the last minute. I found BiiBi Beauty Salon through a Google search and called the owner directly. She was so kind and professional, asked me to send a picture of my natural hair, and assured me she could take care of it. Even though it was short notice, she scheduled me for the very next morning. When I arrived, she warmly welcomed me. I am African American, and this was actually her first time doing my hair texture. She was confident, gentle, and took her time making sure it was done right—and let me just say, she did a phenomenal job! I left feeling beautiful and cared for. The entire staff was so kind to me. They even made sure I was comfortable, entertained, and the owner fed me while I was there (since it took longer than usual) That level of hospitality touched my heart. I am truly grateful to the owner and her team at BiiBi Beauty Salon. They treated me with such kindness, respect, and professionalism. I will absolutely be returning whenever I am back in town. This is hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to! Farah is not only highly professional but also one of the most humble and genuine people I’ve met. She offered thoughtful, honest advice for all the services I got for my mom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I truly recommend Farah and her amazing team — they’ll take great care of you! Her prices are incredibly reasonable, and when it comes to your beauty and self-care needs, she’s someone you can trust completely. I even drive over 45 minutes just to get all my services done by her — that’s how much faith I have in her work and the quality of the products she uses. Farah is the most reliable and trustworthy person I could ever ask for in this field.

The place I usually go to for eyebrow threading was closed today, but was so happy to see that this place was nearby and did walk-ins and had pretty good reviews! The time it opened worked out with my busy day to stop by before I had to rush to some other errands. Sadly, I arrived and it’s past 12pm and still not open…. So not sure if I want to try a place that isn’t gonna honor the times the display
