I’ve been going to Niccio Hair Salon for over 6 years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Something I love about this salon is I can sit in their chair and feel at home. Both Chantal and Robbie are extremely attentive to my requests and always provide an exceptional outcome. Chantal is very kind, caring and excellent at her work. She takes the time to understand what kind of colour I am looking for and the best part is I trust that she will always get it right. Robbie provides a very warm and welcoming environment. I love sitting in his chair and not even telling him what I need, because he already knows! That being said, he will always ask if I want to change anything or just upkeep the usual style I have. I would recommend anyone looking for a hair salon that feels just like home, to visit salon Niccio! Thank you again :)

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I have nothing but good things to say about this hair salon. I used them as my wedding hair stylist, and they delivered outstanding service! First of all, BRIDES- choose this place! They shut down their whole salon for us so we could have our own private venue to get ready. We had mimosas, and were able to bring in our own snacks and tunes. Secondly, their prices are very reasonable! One issue that I had being a bride was almost every location (other than Niccio) I was looking at had separate outrageous fees for the bride just because it's her "big day". Niccio Hair has very reasonable prices with exceptional service!! Lastly, they did an amazing job in a decent amount of time! there were 6 of us getting our hair done, and they did it all in around 3 hours time. I was impressed!! Staff were super friendly and very knowledgable! I could go on and on about them. Overall, if I could give Niccio higher than a 5-star review, I would! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

If I could rate this place a 10/5, I would do it. Chad and George are miracle workers. They're the brains and heart of the business, respectively. Together, they're a great team. All other employees at the salon were friendly, professional, and pleasant to interact with. I also couldn't be happier with the colour George did on my hair. My hair's almost black naturally and he gave me a beautiful blonde balayage in just one session! He far exceeded expectations and I'm floored at how good the dye job looks. Chad also did a great job with the cut of my hair and I've been getting compliments from everyone since I went here. I had another salon in Ottawa that I went to previously, but this place has definitely stolen me away (in a good way!) As long as the quality keeps up, I don't see myself going to any other hair salon in the city. Happy to be a client here. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and professionalism! You guys are awesome.
