Russ HovermaleThe saleswomen are great and go out of their way to accommodate you even if the product isn’t on the shelf. You need to be a licensed professional, so be prepared to show your ID. Avoid all the hassle and have the SalonCentric app already installed on your phone, they welcome you in and ask first because Cosmoprof next door has serious shoplifting problems. They may ALSO ask you for photo ID upon check out if your credit card doesn’t match the name on the account, you have the choice to store the credit card on file instead!

So bottom line POST on the door that licenses are needed. . Was really embarassed. told me Sally sells to non licensed.
