I got a 3 ton heat pump from Sam's. It was less than half the price of the other two offers I got and the quality of the product (Trane) was better. The installation was super quick and professional and now I have a super quiet and efficient heating and cooling unit. They did the work to get the PSE&G zero interest financing and were done in a day. No reservations at all about recommending Sam's.

Sam’s air control is outstanding!! Their team is Very efficient, hardworking, concerned about getting the job done Right!… even though they had to work in very small tight areas in terrible heat. They were amazing, nothing seem to slow them down. Mohamed who came back to check the installation, and was very thorough and didn’t overlook anything! Always respectful of property, and ALWAYS Cleaned up completely after a days work. I feel lucky I found a well qualified company with such courteous and accommodating people! Thank you Sam! I had a bad & good experience with Heat / AC and (HWH) Hot water heater finding contractor, you need to know about before you start your project. I had a 5 years old “Lennox” oil furnace and AC at home and GE electrical HWH, 3 years ago NJNG installed gas line on my street and got a card in mail they will install gas line to my house and they have a rebate for $1500 if I install high efficiency gas heating system. I liked the offer and decided to look for a company to do it, since my system is fairly new, there was no need to replace the AC, I’m a civil Engineer by the way and that help. I’m a member of Costco for 20 years, and they had an offer at the store get 15% shop card if you buy and install Lennox system and I called there company “gold medal” for an estimate. They came we talked and give an estimate that had (senior citizen discount , scheduling bonus, instant rebate, purchase today promotion, manger special, buy back instant rebate), and they gave me a very high price to replace the HWH which I declined. And then for two weeks they give me very hard time, sign this, sign that and other problems including the 15% shop card from Costco (without going in details , the give me hard time and stiff hand), I reached to Costco for help they said it’s between you and gold medal. Both gold medal and Costco staff made me feel very bad, and I found Sam’s Air control company, I called for estimate, next day Neal Prasad (Tech Rep.) came, made inspection and showed me the equipments they offer, gave me equipment model #, while he writing estimate I searched the company and equipment over the net, . I liked what he offered from the equipment which is better than Lennox and they had also the HWH and for my surprise there was no a single discount but it was cheaper than gold medal including the shop card from Costco and I saved quite some good money and got both the Furnace and the HWH installed the next day because I told Sam’s I needed tomorrow, he called his people arranged everything, and was done next day. Look to this, Neal came at 3 PM, he left by 5 PM, the contract was not signed by me yet and the next morning the equipment installed. My comments to the technician during installation was met (am Engjneer) very polite, they cleaned after and kept working from 9AM till 8PM Very helpful, very honest, best offer saved me a lot of money, no gimmick, fast and I’m really happy after what I have experienced. Thanks God. I recommend Sam’s Air Control to my family and friends, my advice to you shop around if you don’t use Sam’s and I except you will pick Sam’s Air Control. Good luck. Thanks Neal Prasad.
