I just met the most awesome doctor I ever met and I'm 63 years old. It was a long wait BUT ID WAIT ALL DAY LONG to get a visit with my new doctor. Edward !! Thank you for being a doctor and for caring about people. You are a credit to your profession!! Thank you.

Went to see Dr. Wrazen for my 8 month old son for a check up/ cold symptoms. Was asked to come in 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork which only took me 3 minutes and had me wait in a room for over a half an hour. In total waited over 45 minutes. No one checked on us and ended up just leaving. I was told the reason why she was late it's because she was very thorough with her patients and would be with us too. But I have had pediatricians in the past that were very thorough and on time. Front desk and nurse we're very kind. So if you don't mind a long wait I'm sure it's a great place to go.

I actually give this clinic NO stars. I have worked in many roles in health care for over 20 years, and I could not recommend a place that runs in the capacity that this location runs. You get no feed back on results (EVEN when you reach out). There obviously is no flow or communication with in office. I have left message after message with no response. This is where my elderly parents go, and you best be sure I will find them somewhere else. I am appalled at the lack of patient care and follow up the medical staff does in this location. My father is very low medical maintenance and he had a critical need and this clinic failed him.

I would not recommend going to this clinic. Not only do they take hours to see you when you have an appointment, but their ways are unethical. I had an appointment with them and as soon as my mom and I went to walk in they made a big deal about my mom coming in with me. The medical assistant asked me if I wanted my mom there and of course I said I wanted her with me. I am a 14-year-old girl and would rather have my mother with me at the doctor than be alone. Even after them clarifying with me the doctors still were asking my mom to leave even though they knew that wasn’t what I wanted. The building manager ended up coming over and continued to argue with my mom. We ended up leaving the building and we’re not planning on going back.
