DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, absolutely terrible service. The shipment date was confirmed to me by a staff member with email copy proof, however, at the time range for pickup, I received no updates what so ever, I contacted both the staff member and the manager to no avail, would not answer their phone and all I received was a text “ We are still looking for a carrier for you. Robert had a family emergency. I will ask dispatch to get more aggressive” with no alternative options or even a rough possible time line. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that this company is offering ! Please reconsider before planning your shipment with this company

The time it took my car to get shipped from Mn to California was very quick and the customer service I received was above and beyond what I expected. Any questions or concerns I had were answered and reassured my car was in great hands. Took less than 10 days to receive my car and was very please with the outcome. Not a scratch on my car! Definitely will recommend this to anyone who needs their car shipped!!

Best auto transport service! I was trying to ship my car from CA to TX for 2-3 weeks, contacted several companies which promised confirmed delivery but couldn’t get me a truck driver till the end.
