This is a late review: We had Thanksgiving dinner here, and while the atmosphere was as stunning as I remembered from my first visit, the experience fell short in other areas. The biggest disappointment was the service. Our server was polite but barely checked on us, and we constantly had to get his attention. Despite the restaurant being well-staffed, no one came by to refill our wine glasses, which is unacceptable at this price point. The food was fine but not exceptional for the cost—I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere for far less. I tried their special Thanksgiving menu item—the roasted turkey breast with classic gravy and cranberry sauce—while my boyfriend had the filet bourguignon pappardelle. For dessert, we shared the green apple tarte tatin sundae—the portion was huge and perfect for two people. The ambiance is definitely a strong point, with nice decor and dim lighting. However, our candle went out three times, which was a small but noticeable inconvenience. Overall, while the setting is lovely, the mediocre food and inattentive service don’t justify the high prices. I expected more and, unfortunately, left feeling disappointed.

This was an amazing place to celebrate my birthday. Everything from the Butter Service Garnish to the Caesar salad and the truffle lobster toast were phenomenal. They were very attentive to my gluten intolerance and provided a gluten free option for the bread. Excellent server. Wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend!

The food was absolutely delicious. The service was a 10/10. We even arrived a bit early for our reservation and expected to wait, but the host sat us immediately. They were very kind and hospitable! The atmosphere is very elegant and clean. My ONLY drawback for the entire visit is that the tables are pretty much on top of one another. It feels like you are dining with the people next to you, not super great. Otherwise, the ambiance was great! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious night out in the city.

Absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. My ratings are based on total experience and this place was great. Beautiful french bistro decor with delicious food. There were 3 of us and we split several items. Caviar sliders were great. A nice size and a great way to get a nice bit of caviar without overdoing it. You order by the piece and one per person is perfect and worth the price. Tartare was delicious, one of my favorites and I order it often. Cornichons were chopped up in a bed under the meat so you got a little in every bite. No egg on this version which I think I preferred. Meat was tender and seasoned well. Loved the way it was served on a pounded out piece of bread toasted. Would definitely order again. I am not a fan of escargot but the others in my party liked it very much and it was served beautifully. Baby kale salad was great. A nice refreshing addition to otherwise heavy choices that we ordered. French onion soup lived up to its reputation. In all honesty it is hard to distinguish one good soup from another but this one was as good as it gets. Seasoned well but not over, gooey tasty cheese and loads of tender onions. Hanger steak was cooked as ordered and seasoned aggressively, it was flavorful, tender and worth ordering. Brussel sprouts were good but nothing I haven’t had at many restaurants. My only regret was not trying the butter service. We had already ordered before we fully understood what it was but we will be back to try it as it looked amazing.
