John knew exactly what my vision was for a new bathroom and made it easy to pick exactly what styles I wanted. I can highly recommend Raf and his colleagues at the Bathroom House. Raf came out to the house to look at the bathroom that was being renovated and took measurements on site. He talked through some possible options with me before producing and sending me some designs to consider. I was sent 4 options and was invited back to discuss them and then progress to a quote. Throughout the whole procedure I didn’t feel under any pressure to buy. My ideas /questions were dealt with promptly. All the time Raf told me that he was there to help the project come together at a price I was comfortable with. Nothing was too much trouble to him. He even produced an annotated design sheet for me to hand to my installer. A very professional company and I would certainly use them again. Highly recommend them.

I have recently re-done my bathroom. I have passed by 'The Bathroom House' many a times as it's near to where I live. I met Raf at the showroom and during the home visit, he pointed that in all the apartments in the building, the soil pipe runs right across the back of the bathroom. He suggested custom made furniture so that the soil pipe is not visible in the cabinets. Raf liased re this with the 'New Look Interiors' which is next door to the showroom. There were some issues and the cabinets were delayed but Raf liased with the bathroom fitter and rearranged the start dates. All the hardware was stored at their showroom during this delay. The fitters Raf had suggested, Jake Randall and his colleague Josh were just brilliant. Raf was able to show me various items at different costs and in the end I was happy at the total cost of the project. I would be very happy to recommand Raf and The Bathroom House to any one having their bathroom re done.
