I took in a leaking hose/well attachment for a faucet. J. Braddock not only found the right parts but proceeded to remove old parts, mount new ones AND test the new connections. You don’t get that service at a big box store! What a blessing he was to me! He didn’t have to do any of that and went over and beyond to help me. THAT is customer service. So thankful for people who still care about their customers. Thank you again!!! Shout out to Jackson who took my pictures from text and said they could help me before I came!

We bought our entire kitchen appliances for our kitchen remodel. Crystal helped in decisions with timing of the shipments and storage. She took care of a recall and return with ease. She got into the details of our downdraft so that no mistakes were made for our installation. City Plumbing was careful with the delivery and there were no nicks or scratches. Overall, Crystal was calm, detailed, accommodating and helpful each step of the way with excellent follow up on rebates paperwork etc. Crystal & co, were a joy to work with! And we love our beautiful kitchen!

I bought a green mountain grill from the Gainesville location, the staff was courteous and very welcoming, also answered any questions I had while making me feel a valued customer. The unit I bought was already assembled, when I got home I realized that my unit was missing the antenna, when I called and told them, the staff told to come down and get it. I went to the store the next day and one staff member took even more time to explain to me how to use the GMG, as I was leaving every single staff member told me to have a great day and that they appreciate my business. It’s the small things that go a long way!
