She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me the perfect hairstyle that suits me so well. I really appreciate her attention to detail and how gentle she was throughout the process. A couple of months ago, I got full highlights done at another salon, and they completely ruined my hair. I was so disappointed, even after going back, I had to pay double and still didn't get the results I wanted. When I found Sara Beauty Salon through a friend, everything changed. Sara was the kindest and most understanding stylist I've ever met. She took the time to really listen to me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable the whole time. I ended up leaving with a honey balayage that exceeded my expectations. The staff were also incredibly sweet and welcoming. I've honestly never experienced this level of care and professionalism at a salon before. I'm so grateful to have found this place, and I'm excited to come back again!

I was visiting Mississauga from the US and decided to stop by the salon. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Sarah was kind enough to take me in right away for a wash and blow dry. She was so professional, friendly, and welcoming. My hair looked amazing afterward, and I truly appreciated the extra effort she gave to make me feel comfortable as a visitor.
