We missed a fill up in the winter due to a storm and not having our tanks cleared yet. I called them and they were quick to respond, sending someone over by the end of the day. I also had to call them about a discrepancy on our bill after the transition from the previous company. They were understanding, polite, and had it resolved quickly.
