If you’re looking for a place that has truly levelled up, I can’t recommend Chuck’s Roadhouse (Millcreek) enough. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and while it had its ups and downs in the past, the recent renovations and new management/staff have completely transformed it. The space looks great, the atmosphere is cleaner and more inviting, and everything just feels more organized and enjoyable. It has officially become our go-to spot. And now… the star of the show: Tony. Tony is the kind of server you genuinely hope to get every single time. He is top-notch; friendly, enthusiastic, attentive, and incredibly consistent. His energy instantly elevates the experience, and he has a way of making every guest feel looked after. One of my favourite things? He refills drinks without us ever needing to ask. It’s such a small gesture, but it speaks volumes about how tuned-in and thoughtful he is. He’s also given us some amazing off-menu suggestions over time… steak on nachos being the absolute game changer we didn’t know we needed. That alone deserves five stars! I’ve noticed Tony training new staff on several of our visits, and honestly, it makes me happy. If anyone is going to shape the next generation of servers here, it should be him. He hustles non-stop, works hard, and still manages to be kind, patient, and upbeat. Workers like that are rare, and it shows. When I travel to other Chuck’s locations around Ontario, I always mention Tony back home in Mississauga. He should be the face of Chuck’s, no question. He’s a huge part of why we keep coming back time and time again, and I’m sure many others feel the same way. Credit where credit is due… much appreciation to Tony and all the staff at Chuck’s from Shane and the crew at the Eaton Mississauga Satellite. Keep up the amazing work!

My experience at Chuck’s was okay. I got the Mesquite BBQ Chicken Sizzler, which was good but needed more spices/sauces. It was cooked well but felt bland overall. I think the worse part of this experience was the service. While the staff were nice and friendly, it took a long time for the food and drinks to come. Like we were waiting over 30 minutes for our food despite the restaurant only having 2 other tables with people. The staff would forget to bring us items that we requested and overall, I did not enjoy that experience.

It was my first time at Chuck’s Roadhouse, and we came in on a Thursday night with almost 20 friends and family. The place was already pretty busy, but our server was so accommodating and understanding of our large group. They handled our orders and drinks smoothly, despite how chaotic my family is lol, and everything came out promptly. We were really impressed with the service and are very grateful for such a great experience. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!
