I wouldnt even leave 1 star but had to, to post High standards, you having a laugh, backed by a guarantee, where is my Guarantee. Contacted you and I got blocked, take no responsibility, installation guy not fully qualified at all, wiring is a fire hazard, shower kept tripping and now conked out because of the wiring they are trying to say they didn’t install my shower, eh yes you did, you supplied the whole bathroom, absolute cowboys, Foreign guys that are not qualified with British standards doing the work. Totally not safe, Take your money, you get no receipts, well I never and they say backed by our guarantee, It doesn’t exist. Avoid this company like the plaque. I have reported to Trading Standards and taking this a lot further. Thousands spent on a bathroom for no customer service what so ever. Blocked me on Fb then called them to be told someone will get back to me which they never have. Honestly folks AVOID AVOID AVOID, Spend your money to get a job done right by experienced guys and go to a proper reputable company as this cowboys are certainly not that. Cowboys and complete scammers. It’s a true saying, get a job done on the cheap is a job done expensive. STAY CLEAR, REPORTED, TRADING STANDARDS ON THE CASE
