Schneider company as whole I'm really NOT able to speak on, but what I will say is EXPECT Lies and NOT HONESTY... The pay is warehouse pay or less... if you run 2000 (0.40 a mile) that's only $800 a week, not including taxes, insurance etc.... to run up and down the road the risk isn't worth it. Truck equipment isn't worth a quarter, I had to provide my own space heater, told my TE,/ DTLR, Maintenance and nothing.... They should provide you with the proper equipment to be on the road, not ones having to come out the pocket... This company isn't worth it in my eyes. I was actually quitting this week and I purposely did something just to see how quick they'd respond and guess what..... they noticed... I did a u turn in an country town with zero traffic and they noticed, but I also told Cecil that I was parked on the side of the road, where I was at exactly, he never said nor reminded me not to park there. I honestly didn't know I couldn't park there. I've made several u turns in that truck 😂😂😂.... 3 years and i am still dealing with this. Edwardsville location at Schneider, l hope someday this post go viral, this was one of the worst experience of my life with these two so called people. it's been two year now and it still haunt me like a bad dream. How can someone be so mean, nasty, rude, disrespectful and hurtful? I was at this location for two months. I was treated awful by (dtl) Tommy Clark and (om) Doug Harry. They both lied on me, demeenard me, they took my vacations without my knowledge. These are the most two awful people I have ever had to experience. Doug Harry said he was a honest person, but lied and was so rude each time I spoke with him and he is very wicked. Tommy Clark on the other hand is not people friendly and would do better as a janitor position not a DTL. If you are driving from this location beware of these two awful less then persons they are not very nice and they both lie.
