I had a customer who needed their package delivered by 12:15pm. I paid additional for the rush fee for this to happen. No driver showed up. I called at 11:30am to confirm someone would be picking up and they said they would call me back because the driver isn’t answering them. I stated to please call back as I need this delivered by 12:15pm. Nobody called back and nobody showed up until 2:30pm. I see they charged my account even though our staff had to deliver this themselves. Very unprofessional. I was told to call back tomorrow to see what their boss says about not charging us. Ridiculous!!

They have fantastic prices and I will be using them again. Zip has helped me out on two occasions where time was of the essence and they were larger items that needed to be picked up and both times they were delivered with out any damage and on time. Really impressed and totally would recommend them.
