I'd had a reasonably decent experience here, up until the point that I actually needed some work done. They failed to understand my insurance policy and incorrectly told me that a procedure would be covered, but my insurance only covers a less expensive version. I got a sketchy-looking bill in my email from a third-party service for the difference (over $300), and when I called them about it, they tried to wash their hands of it, saying they weren't responsible for giving me incorrect information about the insurance coverage. (And this isn't even the first time they've gotten my insurance wrong, but neither of the previous issues cost me anything, so I didn't think much of it at the time.) I pressed the issue, pointing out that I never would have gotten the more expensive procedure if they had read my insurance information on their portal carefully and given me good information, and it's not like I can take it back for a refund now. The woman I spoke with said she would talk with the dentist and someone in billing and see if they could reduce the price, but I never heard back from them. They just sent me the same bill again through my email, no explanation given. Edit: After posting this review, I was contacted by a different Seasons employee who handled the situation in a much more professional and courteous manner. She was able to get into the provider insurance portal and verified that they did have the coverage information there about the downgrade. Based on that information, she told me that they would cover the difference this time and put a note in my file for future cases, so I'm adding a star back.

I’ve been going here for years and every member of the staff is friendly and helpful. The quality of their work is good. I don’t feel like they are trying to add on unnecessary procedures to make more money like dentists (aspen…) have done to me in the past. They always show a copy of the bill before any treatment is done and that’s always what I pay. Thanks Dr B!

I want to thank this office for taking in a new patient and working with my concerns regarding insurance coverage. The exam and cleaning were exactly what I expected based on my 40 years of adult responsibility, at times, without insurance. Patient care must be priority over a business model. This exam met my needs.

Had a great experience, my hygienist Kaitlyn was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Dental are was always a luxury in my life, and finding somewhere who didn't put me down has been a struggle. Happy I found them!
