After 30 years of military moves, our last one was the best one yet! The team was professional in uniforms and efficient. They protected my floors and did not damage any walls, they removed all of the paper pads used to protect the furniture and went through the inventory. From the first phone call with Lisa, who was able to schedule us the next day, I knew I was in good hands. The crew, Carlos, Jamal, Reley, William and Andrew arrived on time and worked so well together, it was seamless. I can not thank them enough for their hard work. If you can request this team on your next move in the Hampton Roads area do not hesitate! They deserve a raise!

Everything from our initial contact with our rep Lisa through the actual move was such a smooth process. The young men who did the moving, Jay and Parker, were excellent! Very professional and courteous and went out of their way to assist us. Cannot say enough good things about them. They represent the company very well! They moved and stored our things and will move them back and set us up. I look forward to moving back into our home in a few months.

The only reason why I am giving the services a 3/5, granted no move goes without its hinges, there were a few nicks and scratches done to the property and to our stuff. I know no move is perfect and I don’t expect them to be. The crew was hysterical to work with, when they thought I was missing something they were right on it to find it for me. They were cordial and polite. The only problem that I had with the company itself is that I received multiple phone calls trying to confirm the right time and date for arrival/drop off - it’s like their internal departments don’t talk to each other, no communication. Other than that, the move went well. Thank you for all the help.
