I received a futon bunk bed today that I ordered. Bill was the delivery driver, he was very friendly and pleasant. He greeted myself and my dog very professional. I worked in retail for 40 years, and customer service is hard to find. But Bill was very helpful and put it where I asked him to. He was very customer service friendly, which means a lot to me now days. I was very impressed with him today. So I would like to Thank him very much for his great service. Keep up the great work Bill. You are awesome.!!!

SEKO was the company that delivered a furniture order I had placed through World Market. John was very warm and professional quickly setting up a delivery time with me after he had called and left a message. My delivery driver Bill was the best! He gave me a call before delivering and was speedy! He was so nice and even chatted while doing some heavy lifting! I have worked with other logistic companies in the past, and even though my interactions were very brief I could tell that the employees care about representing their company and that speaks volumes! Thank you!
