We have been renting from Glazier Bay homes for almost a year. The treatment we get from this company is outstanding. We ran into some financial difficulties & Cooper worked with us & helped us with a plan to get back on track. We will NEVER go with another company, we are going to stick with them as long as they allow us to. When there is an issue, they are quick to make sure that it’s resolved. I give them 5 stars. We’ve rented a home from Glacier Bay for 2 years now and have never had any issues! Cooper is our landlord and while attentive to any concerns we’ve ever had he has never been overbearing or a micromanaging landlord that’s always a concern when looking for a home. We’ve only had one issue when our dishwasher went out and Paul came out the very next day and took care of it. Fixed our sink and replaced the dishwasher with a very nice one no questions asked!
