PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!! The quality and craftsmanship of the beds I received are extremely poor. The materials used are substandard, and the structure lacks stability. Additionally, the company failed to follow my design instructions. The first bed, which was supposed to have a red lining on the wave headboard, was incorrectly made with a green lining. When I raised this concern, Laila Junaid assured me that it would be replaced with the correct design. However, despite her promise, there has been no communication from her team regarding a resolution. Two of the beds include storage, but instead of installing a proper lifting mechanism, they simply stapled ropes to lift the compartments. These ropes snapped the very first time I attempted to use them, forcing me to install screws myself. Additionally, the poor construction has caused the edges to scrape against each other, damaging and tearing the leather upholstery, as shown in the provided video. Another bed, the one with the green sheet, has been creaking excessively, making it impossible to sleep on since its arrival. Ms. Junaid had assured me that any issues with the beds would be addressed, yet every time I reach out, I receive a vague "OK" response, and no one ever follows up to fix the problems. This level of service and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.
