These girls do not know how to massage. I paid for a deep tissue massage and felt exactly the same after. Hannah the masseuse didn't speak to me or ask me any questions about how I was doing during the entire massage. I've also had friends come here for a couples massage who said they didn't do anything and it was the worst 100 dollars they've ever spent. If you need a real deep tissue massage please avoid this place and go somewhere else.

I had my first visit to Serafina and it was absolutely fabulous! Wished I had gone sooner. I had the signature facial with Lyndsey and she did an excellent job. She’s very personable and I felt she went above and beyond with my facial. My skin was glowing when I left. The atmosphere was beyond relaxing, and the neck, shoulder, arm and foot massage was heaven.

Appointment was made 2 months in advance. Got to Appointment and was told that time was blocked off but no name in that place. Employee goes outside and comes back in and tells me that noone was coming in to do massage. Sad thing is they already have money because it was a gift. How do you make appointment and staff doesn't care to come in? Wanted me to came back in the evening, why do you make appointment?? And got home husband has notice of new appointment, but I don't! This place has issues.
