I had Amy today for the supreme head spa package and added a 60 min full body massage and it was SO good! I felt so refreshed and everything was perfect down to the small details like the heated eye covers, the massage beds already have the head spa in it as well as a foot bath/scrub area so you don’t need to go to different rooms/chairs for each service. She made sure to check in with the pressure and temps of the water. They take a scan of your scalp to show you the health of it up close! I went to the Springfield location and will be coming back!

The service overall was good, and I really enjoyed the head massage it was relaxing and felt great. the massage part definitely stood out as the highlight of my visit. However, my experience at the end could have been better. After the massage, when it was time to dry my hair, I noticed that no light conditioner was applied, which made my hair harder to manage. The stylist began drying my hair without brushing it first, just running her fingers through, which made my hair tangled and frizzy. The blow dry itself felt rushed, and my hair was left damp, so I ended up brushing and drying it myself, even applying some oil to make it manageable. For the price and service expected, I think with a little more attention to the finishing steps like conditioning, brushing before drying, and making sure the hair is fully dry the experience could be much better and more polished.

This was my first time, trying out a head spa. I must say the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. I had the most amazing experience and Coco did her thing. I would highly recommend this spot not only the people were really nice, but the place was spotless. That means the world to be and I will be returning.

My mom and I love serenity head spa! This is our third time visiting and we never leave disappointed. The 70 min head very was relaxing and Linda was very accommodating as I have very long hair. Sha Sha did my moms lymphatic drainage massage and said it was great as it was her first time doing something other than the head spa. Looking forward for our next visit!
