The staff were exceptional friendly, and welcoming. The vibe was on point for a high end spa. The facial was amazing very relaxing and my skin felt great and looked good. The only reason for the 4 star is the business model. After the facial the skin expert analysis was actually just a sales pitch. The expert did not present any credentials and when I mentioned my melasma they gave info more related to eczema or psoriasis. The impression I got was that they were more an expert in sales than skin. I go to high end cosemetic clinics all the time with actual dermatologists (see my other reviews) The skin expert gave info that was not in alignment with information I have gotten from a dermatologist. The business model is prepaying for facials, which I wasnt keen on but I really enjoyed the facial and figured prepaying would ensure I actually take the time for myself and go for the facial. They also included skincare products and the products seem okay I can update on the products later once I have used them for awhile. All in all happy with the service and going back again now that I have package of 12.

I agree that it feels like a sales trap unfortunately, I got caught in it and ended up paying a large amount. The facials haven’t improved my skin, and the products recommended haven’t helped either. I really regret signing up, and now I’m stuck with the payment plan. I’ve been very patient and completed six sessions hoping for results, but saw no improvement. Yes the environment is nice and calming but whats the point if it’s not helping at all? The staff is also quite pushy about getting clients to sign contracts.

I really enjoyed my facial experience at Serenity Spa in Saskatoon, I was treated to multiple treatments during my facial…It was extremely relaxing thorough and clean! Loved it ! Highly recommend! Oct. 16/25 S.B.

The facials are great. The only thing I dislike is that there is not continuity between staff. Some will provide scalp or neck massages during red light therapy, etc. and others leave you laying there and don’t even massage or take extra time when applying lotion to the face. I’d like there to be some sort of massage if I’m paying so much for each treatment. Lately the service hasn’t been as good as previously- possibly due to staff changes.
