We bought a new home in October and John with 1st Service went above and beyond to help us get the best affordable insurance with Erie. Fast forward to March our home sustained significant storm damage. I called and started a claim. We had an adjuster out a couple days later and payment on the way to cover all cost. They kept us well informed and ensured we were taken care of. Could not ask for a better insurance group.
