We recently had an outstanding experience at Servus Credit Union 149 street branch. Joe Rivelazione went above and beyond to assist us with our mortgage need. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, ensuring that all our questions were answered thoroughly. What truly stood out was Joe’s willingness to go the extra mile. We were challenged by the shortage of time to get the mortgage and get the home possession on time, he did not only step in and made sure all requirements are fulfilled promptly but also provided valuable advice on all the questions we had. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire interaction. We left the bank feeling valued and appreciated as customers. This level of service is rare and deserves to be recognized. I highly recommend dealing with Servus 149 branch specially “Joe Rivelazione “for his exceptional customer service.

The staffs at this credit union are so wonderful.... First time here and while it wasn't so busy at the time of my visit, enquiries were accurately addressed. The location of this bank is also great and clearly visible on the 149th street. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Ultimate Rebound

Unfortunately I had problems with my credit card and my pin was locked. I went this morning and the front desk staff who helped me. She was ok at the beginning of the conversation. She started asking me if I have a mortgage with them and I said no, I have with Scotiabank , she wanted to know if my husband and I would switch and she insisted a lot , she wanted to call my husband when he is at work. Anyways I provided my info. When she reset my password for my credit card, I didn’t know that I didn’t have to write the previous one, she got very irritated and told me “ash, I have to do it again. I felt extremely uncomfortable. She was making faces and irritated with me”. If I have to go, I will never let her to help me. Unfortunately some people shouldn’t work in costumers services.

I'm new to Servus and enrolled after being disgusted with one or two of the big 5. I set up my account online and picked 149 St as my home branch. During my first visit I was assigned a personal representative who would be helping me with anything that isn't done through a teller. One of my biggest beefs is getting lost in telephone menu tree hell while trying to reach a human. When I mentioned this to Chelsea she responded with, "You have my direct line and email." Servus may not be using the bleeding edge technology that the big boys do but they more than make up for it with personalized service. Looking forward to exploring what Servus has to offer.
