The staff here are always so pleasant! Not just the front agents but the financial advisors and supervisors too. I always feel like they genuinely care and want to help! I just wish the hours were a little more user friendly ...but still very happy overall with this branch.
Kelsey and the girls at the credit union are always very friendly, helpful and happy so it is a nice place to do your banking.
I've been coming here for over ten years at this point. I'll come use the ATM, get some cash. Then come in and get some loonies for water or wash. Today tho I came in, and the lady harrassed me for a card. Stating they don't have to make change for non members... Like K.... I just want 10 loonies and I just paid you 3.50$ to use your ATM. So then she said she would do it just this time only! And that other people shouldn't be. As someone who for years held a credit union account in BC and then also in Camrose I had been thinking of moving my banking over to this credit union but I dont think I'll be doing that with how rude that lady was over 10 loonies. I was really excited to come to the bank today too as I had planned to see if I could get some money featuring the king to save but didn't bother to ask since I DIDN'T WANT TO PUT YOU OUT SO MUCH
