Phone app’t with Peter Z (advisor ?) about options to finance manufactured home as must banks won’t. This guy was entirely clueless!!! COMPLETELY unknowledgable & unqualified to “advise” anyone. His questioning was rude and loaded with ageism/discrimination…( after all WHO uses CASH except fraudsters, right??) MAYBE … I just don’t trust ANY financial institution!! His conversation skills were pathetic… had to keep checking if he had disconnected with the long spells of dead air. Then he followed the phone conversation with an email (supposedly to answer questions he had to research to get answers for) and just gave me the minimal information he had given by phone in the first place. Complete waste of time!! By all the reviews, this seems on par with the rest of the service at this Bonnie doon location!
