Been banking personally and professionally with this branch for over 20 years. Always been treated professionally and personably. Any issues or questions have been handled effectively. I don't have any experience in getting a mortgage or loan (the rates were not competitive) but from a day to day banking point of view, they do a great job and are a friendly bunch at Inglecroft - from Maria the manager to all the tellers.

Everytime I go there, I stand there and wait. No one in line. No eye contact, No one says just one minute. Just a little busy. They Just ignore the fact that I'm standing there. The manager there is useless as well. I had some fraud my account and she disapproved my account. Like really...just hate this branch. I honestly go to this bank as it closer to my house but honestly, your best bet is drive a little further to palisades on 137 Avenue just off 127 street. They are always friendly, make you feel like your seen. This Inglewood branches customer service is crap. I've been banking with servus for 22 years. This branch has the most horrible customer service From the 3 branches I go too. Acknowledge your customers. Is that to hard to ask for.

Nightmare dealing with our mortgage at this branch. The financial advisor made MANY mistakes. Set up our mortgage for the wrong year, missed many paper works. Forgot to set up payments... headache after headache. Couldn't remember my name, and nothing was his fault, quickly blamed others involved.
