I've had my mortgage with servus since I bought my house, 3rd term signing with them was anything but pleasant. I felt rushed, not well informed and given little options. Ryan is apparently a manager here and is very unprofessional. He mentioned many times how he and his coworker who would take over my mortgage renewal were going on vacation. SO SEND ME TO ANOTHER BRANCH WHO HAVE AVAILABLE PEOPLE. I came in one day to have a meeting and he is on the phone in an office just cackling away for the whole bank to hear. If I had more time to make a decision I wouldn't have stayed with Servus. Slow responses to emails, vague or no responses to questions. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Terrible service and incompetent staff. After I closed my account with this credit union, a couple of months later, a charge for banking services that were supposed to be free was added to my canceled credit card. I was not informed about the charge, and after missing the payment for three months, my credit score dropped by 150 points. The branch staff refuses to accept payment because my account is closed. Awful, the worst institution. Avoid it at all costs.

Listen to the other reviews, I've been to several other servus locations and they're so pleasant. That's thrown out the window at this location, everytime I've been they say "nope, we can't do that" and look at me like Im a huge pain to deal with. That's before I can even explain what I need, which has always been basic stuff that they always end up doing without a single issue, after I tell them around 5 times before they stop cutting me off. Not even with banking, I've never had customer support in general as bad as this

Remind me to never deposit a cheque at this bank ever again been calling them nonstop and they’re telling me it’s supposed to deposit in my account in 4 business days it’s been over a week and still on hold
