Servus Credit Union - Lacombe

We have dealt with the Credit Union for decades. We are VERY satisfied with both the products they offer, as well as the service we receive. Most of our banking is done online, or through phone interviews, but when we deal in person we find the staff to be friendly.

Terrible bank to deal with. We just lost out on money that they basically stole from us because they decided to bounce our vehicle payment for absolutely no reason when the money was in the account and now will not do anything about it. They are also lieing and trying to pur words into our mouths saying qe said stuff that we never said to them. We have been nothing but faithful customers here for years and due to this situation we will be switching banks ASAP and never dealing with these people again!!

I don't really like them as a bank. Too many fees and not enough advantages. The staff were always friendly some were more knowledgeable than others but that usually comes with how new they are.
