Terrible experience at this branch this morning. My family had a lemonade stand for the Stollery, so we had about $40 in coin to deposit. The teller complained the entire time, telling me I should have rolled the coin ahead of time even though I had no full rolls of any coin. She then kept questioning how much money I gave her because "banks make mistakes you know", and also complained that they were really busy after a long weekend. I was in the branch for 20 minutes while she groaned and huffed about having to count coin, and I was the only customer there the entire time. She acted like doing math wasn't part of her job, and comtinued to roll her eyes and huff the entire time she added it up.I get folks have bad days, but the service I received today was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I'll be using a different branch moving forward.

Warring for people Don’t waste your time and energy to deal with this Branch. Specially their branch manger have no sense of humour and I don’t how they hire her as a branch manager. Lack of responsibility, unprofessional No knowledge of banking Not only happened with me I saw few other costumers who she treated with fully aggressively. I just went there to verify the cheque. First they said come tomorrow Next things gone to other level. Her attitude was totally unacceptable I don’t know if they created issues to verify cheques how the deal with other things. At last I just suggest you don’t go in this branch. If you’re also got hard time in this branch please don’t step back without letting know to others speak up or just write down reviews and make complaint. Help each other and Stand with community Self Respect is must. Thanks

Perfume explosion at this branch. If you have allergies or a chemical sensitivity Do Not enter! You will be assaulted as soon as you open the door. Manager is aware and will do nothing because I am only 1 person who gets violently ill from it.

Always busy and not enough staff at the front. You end up waiting very long in line and with limited hours, it makes it hard to come back again. If people need more time with their financial needs at the till, perhaps encourage them to book an appointment with an advisor?
