Worst experience ever at this bank!! Our credit score is on the low side and they turned us down to open an account. No intention of applying for any kind of credit. Just wanted a savings and chequing account. What a waste of time walking in there was. ZERO STARS!! Honestly never in my life heard of a soft credit check to open an account.

Deposited cash at the ATM, triple counted it, but they decided I actually gave them less money than what I did. Customer service when I spoke to this branch about it was two thumbs WAY down. I’ve banked with Servus for over 15 years but I’ll be closing my account at the earliest opportunity.

I am a 70 year old senior citizen and I am very disappointed in the service that the Servus Credit Union provides. I only opened my account a month ago and it’s been a nightmare. I was scammed a couple of weeks ago and Servus told me they were suspending my on-line services until I got my phone wiped and produced proof of this happening. I complied with this request but I still don’t have my online services restored. I have contacted Garth (branch manager in Spruce Grove) and have talked to two different people at the 1-888 number and NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I am contacting the FSRA and would advise anyone to NOT open an account with Servus

It took this branch three attempts to order a credit card for me. They never did manage to because they don’t know how to order a credit card. Don’t bother.
