Rhianna WearmouthPoor client care, will not allow someone to open a checking account and then falsely accuse them of being fraudulent. Also they refuse to let you transfer to your own account at other banks.
VickiI have never had a worse experience in my life at this bank. I've been given the run-around, lied to (allegedly), cannot set up online banking, they say they will call back and they don't. I am definitely thinking about changing banks. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BANK!!!
