I have been with the credit union for 30+yrs...everything, including investments are with them. I have a small mortgage that I obtained from ConnectFirst and want to port it to a new house. Servis has been playing games to ultimately decline the port. I am not sure why exactly as I have an excellent credit rating, strong investments and as I said, have been with the credit union for 30+yrs! Ever since the takeover and lies about the takeover, I have gotten the feeling Servus doesn't want the ConnectFirst customers. Servus definitely doesn't have credit union values. I am now shopping my mortgage and investments around.

went in to deposit some money for my job when it was my turn the teller didn't even say hi or anything he just nodded at me. He didn't speak one word to me and was so rude throughout the whole interaction. Poor kid next to me is trying to cash a check the teller was so rude when she pointed out the check was written wrong. Even when he was asking questions he got short nasty answers. When another customer tried to step in she got nasty with him as well. What poor customer services i would never ever bank with them personally

THIS IS A CAUTION Complaint: incompetent bank tellers and manager, went to pay power bill, as always, but payment went to a stale enmax account of ten years, so now I have to go after the money myself, after they got paid to pay the bill. A couple years ago I had a problem with another account, but the bank manager at the time was very helpful, don't know why these days they have such incompetent staff. So be real careful when you go to the SCENIC DRIVE BANK when you pay your bills, used to have excellent tellers, like IVY, TYRELL,REBECCA, so choose your tellers, don't just go to anyone. What should I do, am old got cataracts, hard of hearing, lost a limb above the knee, do we think their license should be looked at?

Beware. Shamefully careless customer service and response. I have never had to over-explain every single minute little detail of circumstances that I had to confront them about. They have no degree of reading comprehension or ability to put information together themselves. My 12 year old can better gather and utilize information. As one would hope from a bank of all things. 15 year-long customer. Embarassing. Constant issues with poorly trained staff, misleading statements/offers, and the most painful attempt at comparable cashback/incentives. KOHO's cashback, credit building, small service fees, and other offers absolutely cripples Servus' questionable attempts at being a bank. Their motto should be: "It's not your money, it's ours and you just don't know it yet."
