Servus Credit Union - Windermere

Debit card has been declined at gas stations exclusively for a week. Had to pull out cash just to fuel up. Go to get it fixed when I have the time and they somehow managed to make it worse. Now the card doesn't work at all. Nothing but problems with the bank/app. Switching to another bank when I have the time do so.

Got a call today at 1247pm from one of their staff saying that my cards have been frauded. This person is trying to fraud me as I called my financial institution and they told me to call the police. Justice needs to be served to these idiots get your damn staff under control. A credit union having internal people featuring WOW WHAT A FRIGGIN JOKE!!!!! I’m calling the police.

I visited the Servus Credit Union branch at Windermere today for banking and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who assisted me, named Le, provided the worst service I have ever encountered. When I expressed dissatisfaction and requested to speak with a manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. However, I noticed her name tag did not indicate any managerial position. When I questioned this, she stated, "I don’t put my job title on a name tag." To make matters worse, she incorrectly informed me that my MasterCard was cancelled. Later, when I called Servus Credit Union's customer service in front of her, they confirmed that my card was active. Throughout our interaction, she displayed an unprofessional attitude, even smirking inappropriately while I was addressing my concerns. This branch has demonstrated the worst service I have ever experienced, not just in this town but possibly anywhere in the country.
