I have gutter guards and they clean under the guards where stuff accumulates. I use them twice a year--January and July. Very reasonable costs.

Kenny McBrideWorst Customer Service Experience! I'm a new homeowner who works professionally with contractors, so maybe I set the bar a little high. But this company does not care about their customers. They showed it to me in two clear ways. First, I was getting my gutters cleaned, but had some additional exterior work I was hoping to knock off my inspection report. I walked the job with the guys and they said Jennifer would call me with the new total. She reviewed the work and I agreed and she gave me a price. Just short of $600. I had $600 budgeted, so I agreed. I heard this and assumed this was the full price. When I got the invoice, I was surprised to see $784. I asked about the quoted price and was told that was for the additional work only and didn't include the gutter cleaning service. Never until after the work was complete was I told $784 as a total for all services. When I brought this to the attention of Jennifer and the owner, they both pushed back very hard. They would not take any criticism of their apparently 'perfect' business. This response was strike two. The owner resorted to low-brow name calling and not accepting any responsibility for how this interaction could have gone better. In my world, this is a lack of transparency and a lack of customer service that will quickly get you written off as a vendor. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
