I have been taking my car to a Garage in Colchester for around 6 years and the service they provide has been getting progressively worse. So THANK GOODNESS for Shakily Motor Co on Hawkins Road. They booked me in very last minute, were able to then book me in again quickly for an MOT retest the next day and most importantly they actually answered the phone and were extremely friendly and helpful. I can't recommend the Shaikly Team highly enough!

I can’t recommend Shaikly Motor Company highly enough. They recently carried out work on my E46 BMW, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team were not only professional and knowledgeable but also went above and beyond to accommodate my sometimes challenging schedule. They kept me updated throughout, and their communication was clear and honest, something that’s rare to find these days. I was especially grateful for the use of their courtesy car, which they kindly allowed me to keep for an extended period while my car was being worked on. The quality of the work on my BMW was outstanding, and it’s clear they genuinely care about both their customers and the cars they look after. First time using shakily motors in december, wow brilliant garage. my van needed the ad blue system sorting. No small job but they were brilliant, both Angela and Michael went to great lengths to explain what was needed and how we was going to progress via each part of the job. Angela was great, she kept in touch and any parts that needed ordering she would always confirm and make sure I was happy moving forward, I had a recall on my van and although this was going to be done via a different dealership she was great with answering a few questions I had around this, because of this I went back to the company and managed to get it booked in sooner. Michael was fantastic with his knowledge and he could break it down step by step for me both the job and cost, there was no unanswered questions. I found the company really helpful with everyone I spoke to. They went above and beyond. Will use again. Thank you.
