Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Paul on the desk welcomed me in warmly and made sure I understood everything that they would do and gave a realist time for it to be done. My car was serviced according to Jaguar spec and it was checked throughly which is way more than I expected and way quicker than expected. I originally thought I’d need a full service but they talked me out of it as they said it didn’t need it yet - they could have up sold , they could have added extra charges , they didn’t. Everything was clear from the start and I was so happy with the price as I’d come from the crazy prices from BMW (my previous car) Paul went through it all when it was done and answered any questions with great patience. Great knowledge and great service, my new garage for sure.

They have also completed some additional checks on my vehicle, which were free of charge.
