I have been going to ACCOLADE Beauty Salon since I moved into this building in 1997. Lisa and Karen have the most friendly, organized, accommodating and caring hair salon, where you feel like a human being and they treat you as the individual that you are and that includes your individual hair requirements. Never once have I been disappointed. Both ladies become your loving and caring friends, in addition to two women who inherently know their craft and who exceed all expectations in performing it to the utmost satisfaction of all of their clients. It's like a "therapy session" - where you can be yourself and be catered to in such a manner that you all feel just like "family". Many elderly folks go to them, because even if you are in some way incapacitated, this is graciously taken into kind consideration and you are made to feel just like anyone else, and "special" at the same time. This is a wonderful place to get your hair cut. Karen is the one who does my hair and she is always conscientious, taking the time to talk and find out what I want. I also find it easy to book a time to come in and I am always treated well. Getting my hair cut here is a fun outing for me !
