My husbands job has caused us to move A LOT in the past, and a lot of moves = same amount of new rental companies to deal with. Shamrock was fantastic from the application process all the way to move out. Always very quick to respond when an issue arrived, which was few, and far between, and when there was an issue, repair was done promptly! Another thing to note, is the caliber of their properties. By far the cleanest, most well maintained properties we saw. You won't go wrong if you go with Shamrock for your rental property needs.
