This hotel may have been around for a long time, but it remains beautiful and very well maintained. The resort features overwater style villas, location is truly perfect, with a private beach that adds an exclusive and relaxing touch. There are various activities available, and in the evening, guests can enjoy an exciting fire show, which was a great highlight. Guests with an HSBC card can enjoy a 10% discount on food, which is a nice bonus. The dinner buffet was satisfying not an overwhelming number of choices, but everything served was delicious, well presented, and thoughtfully prepared. The breakfast buffet, on the other hand, offered a wide variety of options, so many that it was hard to decide what to eat! I especially loved the bread pudding, the milk tea was excellent !!! Many pastry options also they were enjoyable. The buggy service runs every 15 minutes or even less, making it very convenient to travel between the lobby, rooms, and parking area. Complimentary parking is available, and valet parking is also provided for those who prefer extra convenience. Special thanks to Mr. Shamsul, who was cheerful, dedicated, and extremely helpful. He was very friendly which was truly appreciated. Overall, all staff members were polite, professional, and respectful. Everyone carried out their duties with a positive attitude👍👍👍 no one showed unfriendly faces, just excellent service throughout our stay. A wonderful experience, and definitely a place worth returning to. My son gave it a 10 out of 10 and really wants to come back.

Still has some room for improvements. Especially regarding buggy service and cleanliness. Overall great stay. Watersport atv and bicycle ride package really worth it. Staff very helpful. We love the buffet breakfast. Especially roti canai rendang ayam pulut kuning and nasi lemak. It will be great if all of it is made compulsory for daily breakfast. As we stay for 2 nights , the next morning we are looking forward for another round of roti canai and pulut kuning. However the menu was changed.

I went with my husband and my 5-month-old baby to celebrate my birthday. The place was great and the spa was superb. All the staff were very friendly. We had a really nice time here. It is recommended to ride a buggy to travel around since the area is big. However, the buggy takes quite some time to arrive. Since we are bringing our baby, having to wait for a buggy under a hot, scorching sun is not ideal. In addition to that, it would be great if the lobby area was a closed concept with air conditioning. It was hot to wait there and the cafe was also located there. It was hot and not a very good place for us to enjoy our desserts and coffee.

We are extremely disappointed that we chose to spend New Year’s at this hotel. We paid an exorbitant amount for what was advertised as the best villa the property had to offer, yet the experience fell far short of any 5 star standard. The biggest issue was cleanliness and housekeeping. For a hotel of this category and price point, the lack of basic upkeep and service was unacceptable. The situation was serious enough that we had to request a room change due to cleanliness concerns. After being moved to the new room, housekeeping never attended the room at all, despite repeated requests. The room was not made up, and basic toiletries were not provided whatsoever, no soaps, no bathroom amenities of any kind. This is a fundamental expectation at any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5 star luxury. What further ruined the experience was the hotel’s attitude toward basic guest comfort. In our first room, mineral water bottles were provided, as expected. However, after the room change, we were told that no bottled water would be provided, and that we should instead use a filtered faucet next to the sink. When we requested bottled water, we were flatly refused, showing a complete lack of concern for guest satisfaction. When guests are paying a premium, especially during New Year’s, cleanliness, housekeeping, and basic amenities should not even be a discussion. The only positive aspect of our stay was the early check in, which we do appreciate. Unfortunately, that single gesture does not come close to compensating for the overall poor experience. This stay was nowhere near 5 star standards and certainly not worth the amount charged. We regret choosing this property for New Year’s and would not recommend it to anyone expecting luxury, professionalism, or proper guest service.
