been coming here for over 6 years, best nail place in KW. I’ve never left unhappy with my nails, the staff are all kind and friendly. They always do an amazing job. + this place is super clean, I am big on only going to clean salons and I always feel confident in knowing they are very tidy and use clean tools. I recently this place to everyone i know and everyone has started to come here after just one visit.

Saw a lot of good reviews about this place but unfortunately I got the intern and had a really bad experience. He was very lovely and I understand everyone has to learn somehow but when they’re not giving you the service you’re paying for it’s hard to keep quiet. He put 3 very thick layers of polish on that I knew instantly weren’t going to dry. The big toe was bubbled and spilling over while I was under the fan so I eventually said something and another girl came to fix only the big toes and one of my second but I could tell she wasn’t impressed either. It’s really hard to pay almost 50$ for something you feel like you could’ve done better yourself.

I have been going to Rachel’s nails for over a year and I love it. I have loved every set I have gotten! The staff are so kind and very talented. Johnny the owner is so personable and every staff there does their best! I have gotten many compliments from people about my nails and I always tell them to go to Rachel’s nails!
